Cookie Policy

1. 1. What cookies and browser storage are

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so it can recognise the same browser on the next page. Browser storage does a similar job but stays on your device and is not sent back to the website automatically.

Cookies can be used to make a site work, or to follow people around the internet for advertising. We only use the first kind.

2. 2. The cookies we use

Every cookie on this site is strictly necessary: it keeps staff signed in or keeps the site and its forms safe from abuse.

   This website

   What it does

Keeps a member of our staff signed in to the office system. It cannot be read by scripts on the page and is only sent over a secure connection.

   How long

8 hours, or until they sign out

   Who gets it

Staff only. Customers never receive it.

   Cloudflare Turnstile

   Set by

   Cloudflare

   What it does

Checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending the form. It reads technical signals from your browser and may store a short-lived security token or cookie to do so.

   How long

Only as long as the check needs

   Who gets it

Anyone using the car booking, quote request, shuttle or manage-booking forms, and staff signing in or resetting a password

   Cloudflare

   What it does

Set by Cloudflare, which hosts this site, on some visits to tell people apart from bots and keep the site available during an attack.

   How long

   Usually 30 minutes

   Who gets it

Any visitor, only when Cloudflare decides a check is needed

3. 3. The browser storage we use

One item, used only by the car booking form.

   This website

   What it does

Remembers what you have typed into the booking form, so it is still there if you open the terms or go back a page. It stays in your browser and is not sent to us until you submit the booking.

   How long

Until the booking is sent or you close the tab

   Who gets it

Anyone filling in the car booking form

4. 4. What we do not use

   • No advertising or marketing cookies.
   • No tracking cookies and no profiling of you across other websites.
   • No social media pixels or embedded feeds.
   • Our visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without using cookies and without identifying you.
   • The WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok buttons are plain links. Nothing from those services loads until you click one, and then their own cookie policies apply on their sites.

5. 5. Why there is no cookie banner

Consent is needed for cookies that are not essential, such as advertising or analytics cookies. We do not use any. Everything listed above is strictly necessary to run the site safely, so we do not ask you to accept cookies and do not show a cookie banner.

If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting it and update this page first.

6. 6. How to control cookies

Every major browser lets you see, block and delete cookies and stored site data, usually under Settings, then Privacy or Site data. Look for "cookies" in your browser’s help pages for the exact steps.

If you block all cookies, the site will still show you our cars and prices, but the security check on our forms may not be able to complete, so you might not be able to send a booking or quote request. If that happens, email or phone us and we will book you directly.

7. 7. More information

How we handle the personal information you give us is explained in our Privacy Policy. We will update this page if the cookies we use change, and change the date at the top.
